The Christmas Holidays are my favorite time of the year. There is a constant stream of family and with that comes enough food to feed a nation. We make quite the dent in that pile of food. This year we actually took a before and after picture of our "roast beast." Needless to say, THIS is why we put on our Holiday weight!
